A visionary and thought leader with more than 24 years of expertise in healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, and financial sectors. He has previous experience working with many global organizations that offer platform as a service, software as a service and healthcare platforms to payers, providers, and patients. His first entrepreneurial experience was by starting from scratch satellite offices in the Middle East and thereafter building new verticals and expanding to sizeable teams in India in various organizations. Additionally, he co-founded a healthcare start-up that provides a platform for predictive analytics in wellness and health management. He holds a Bachelor’s in Microbiology, a Master’s in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University, a Master’s in Business Law from NLSIU-Bangalore, an Executive Management Program (GMITE) from IIM-Bangalore, and he is currently enrolled for DBA (PhD) programme in business management. As a Vice President – Product Development (Healthcare) at Smartek21 Private Limited, he is developing technologies that aid in lowering physician burnout, increase healthcare professionals’ efficiency, and improving patient engagement using human-centered Conversational platform. His work focuses on creating healthcare-related products and services that are built on modern architectural principles such as human centricity, decentralized identity, health analytics, cross-platform application, self-healing, and learning AI algorithms. His ground-breaking work in digital therapeutics and industry leadership greatly assist the healthcare / IT sector. He sincerely believes in and puts “Giving Back to Society” into practice. In Start-up India (a Govt. of India initiative), he has been offering no-cost mentorship sessions to start-up organizations. Additionally, he speaks and shares knowledge as a visiting faculty at various institutions and conferences, sharing his professional experience with attendees. He actively contributed towards the development of HL7 India and served as a board of directors of HL7 India, which is working to implement healthcare standards in both the public and private sectors. He has always been a fervent supporter of trust, empowerment, and diversity and inclusion.
