Cloud manufacturing is the next revolutionary step after Industry 4.0. Traditional companies, untilized capacity/machines in Small and Medium scale industries are connected together by an aggregator to provide virtually unlimited capacity to manufacture anything with no minimum order quantity. Electronics manufacturing is one of the traditional industry that is disrupted by cloud manufacturing. The challenges faced in traditional manufacturing are addressed in this new way of manufacturing from prototype to production.
