Shalini Kapoor is a Chief Technologist for AWS, Public Sector, India and South Asia. As a trusted technical advisor she provides thought leadership for transformational initiatives and drives citizen scale architectures. She evangelizes innovation and provides strategic technology directions to help government agencies, public sector undertakings, education institutions, healthcare and non-profit organizations drive long term outcomes on AWS Cloud.

She is a prolific speaker at tech conferences and is a tech advisor at several industry and policy bodies. Shalini has 25 years of industry experience and was an IBM Fellow prior to joining AWS. She is author of the book, ‘AI for You- The new game Changer’. She is passionate about women in STEM, tech enabled societal reforms and academia.
